Elizabeth Arden Red Door SPA Fifth Avenue

SPA-Week-NYC-Elizabeth-Arden-Red-Door-SPA-Fifth-AvenueI’ve been to the Red Door SPA in Fort Lauderdale, and it was one of the best experiences ever. Everything from the quality of the towels that the facility provides to the friendly and professional attitudes of the beauty technicians was superb. Not to mention the high-quality skin care products that the beauticians use to make your skin look beautiful and flawless. I am using Elizabeth Arden’s skin care line at home and, in my opinion, it works very well.

When in Fort Lauderdale, I always go for a facial and massage. I love that the Red Door SPA is equipped with special heated chairs that send you into a relaxing regime in a matter of seconds. I also enjoy the fact that the facial also includes a hand massage. It needs to be mentioned that the Red Door SPA is the best place to get a massage. Elizabeth Arden’s masseuses use some unbelievable body oils that smell delicious and do not make your skin greasy.

In my experience, perfect service is always had at the Elizabeth Arden Red Door SPA. But, as with many luxury retreats, great service means a high price tag. In this respect, the offers provided by the SPA Week allow you to get a taste of the Red Door SPA luxury services without spending a fortune.

Clarins SPA at Bloomingdale’s

SPA-Week-NYC-Clarins-Spa-BloomingdalesI’ve already confessed multiple times to my admiration of Clarins beauty products. Let’s say, Clarins Multi Active Night Recovery Cream would be the only beauty product that I would take with me to a deserted island. To be serious, I am using Clarins skin care products on a daily basis, and I’ve never regretted that decision. I have sensitive skin and thus try to be very careful when trying new beauty products, and Clarins has never gave me any trouble. In fact, skin care products by Clarins calm my skin down and actually do make all the miracles happen that are announced on pretty bottles.

Considering the fact that I am a Clarins fan, I was quite surprised to find out through SPA Week’s website that the brand actually has a beauty salon in New York. I couldn’t believe that I’d never heard of it before! I was also very excited to learn that Clarins SPA is located in one of my favorite stores in New York, Bloomingdales, which is so close to my house on the Upper East Side.

Since Clarins SPA is a new beauty spot for me, I can’t provide you with my review on it yet. But I’ve already booked my Super Restorative Facial with Hand and Neck and Décolleté Treatment, and I can’t wait to report about it.

SPA Week Menu:

  • Ultimate Anti-Aging Facial with Total Eye Lift and Lip Contouring Treatment Add-on (50 Minutes) – $50;
  • Super Restorative Facial with Hand and Neck and Décolleté Treatment (50 Minutes) – $50;
  • Detox Shine Stopper with Total Eye Lift and Lip Contouring Treatment Add-on (50 Minutes) – $50.

Kiehl’s SPA 1851

SPA-Week-NYC-Kiehls-SPA-1851This one is for Ben, because Kiehl’s is the only skincare brand that he uses. Honestly, when I first visited his bathroom, I was thinking that it looked like the brand’s section in the department store: Kiehl’s, Kiehl’s, and Kiehl’s… Ben really likes the brand’s lip balm and hand lotion, as well as the skincare line for men: Facial Fuel and Facial Fuel UV Guard SPF 50+ are those products that he uses all the time.

I haven’t been to Kiehl’s SPA yet, but I am sure that my sweet Benya will enjoy one of the SPA retreats that this beauty spot provides during the New York SPA Week. I am planning to book a restorative massage for him, because he is not a fan of facials, and I really hope that he will enjoy the SPA experience with his favorite skincare brand.

SPA Week Menu:

  • Kiehl’s Spa 1851 Spa Week Superbly Restorative Massage (50 Minutes) – $50;
  • Kiehl’s Spa 1851 Spa Week Ultra Facial with Extractions (50 Minutes) – $50.

Awesome perks:

  • Full Spa Menu;
  • Men’s grooming services.
