If you are into reading blogs, you probably noticed that everyone is writing those days about NORDSTROM Anniversary Sale which features some of the best deals for the upcoming fall season. I really appreciate that my colleagues bloggers keep their readers informed about all the latest sales. However, who wants to shop for the fall season when it’s still summer? I remember doing it last year, but when the fall season finally came I was not as excited about wearing pieces that I purchased as I would have been if I picked them the exact same season I was planning to wear them. What I decided to shop for instead this #NSale season are beauty products. Looking through the Early Access section of the website, I was amazed how many exclusive deals and value kits Nordstrom proposes this season. In my humble opinion, it’s absolutely the best time to stock up on cruelty-free beauty products.
Just a reminder: you can only access this sale if you are a Nordstrom cardholder. While I do not want to encourage you to sign up for the store’s credit card (it’s a financial decision that everyone should do on her own), you can apply for a debit card instead that will be linked to your bank account. In case you are not planning on opening any store cards for the purposed of scoring those amazing deals, bookmark this page for later—those deals will be available for everyone starting on July 22nd. Happy shopping!
ONE // LORAC ‘Enchanting Elegance’ Eye & Cheek Palette ($18/value $30)
This is the deal I’m the most excited about. I mean, a Lorac palette for just $18? I already own one eyeshadow palette by the brand and if this one provides the same coverage, it’s a really good one! Also, how cute is that fuchsia blush?
TWO // Charlotte Tilbury ‘Instant Beauty Palette – The Dolce Vita Look’ ($75/value $147)
So many of my favorite beauty bloggers swear by Charlotte Tilbury products, but I never had a chance to try them. This highlighting palette seems like a great introductory set. Ever since I purchased Carli Bybel highlighting set for BH Cosmetics with all things shiny—I believe this new addition to my highlighting collection would be a good one!
THREE // NARS ‘Survival—I’ Kit ($59/value $116)
If you are not familiar with NARS products, this value set is a great introductory set. Featuring some of the most gorgeous blush shades, this “survival kit” (what a smart name!) is a palette that you’d want to have in your bag at all times for on-the-go glam situations. Did I mention that I’m obsessed with this lip gloss shade?
FOUR // Glamglow ‘Glamazing GravityMud’ Set ($69)
Recently, my skin has been breaking out like crazy and I remember how much Glamglow masks helped me last time I had problems with my skin. If you check out products ratings on Sephora and Ulta Beauty, those are always over the top and I totally understand why. Glamglow masks are holy grail of many skincare and makeup pros—if you never tried those products, #NSale is a perfect occasion to do so!
FIVE // Smashbox ‘Photo Bombshell’ Color Collection ($54/value $111)
This bronzer and highlighter palette looks so promising! I also love Smashbox lipsticks so I can’t wait to give that nude a try. A set of neutral eye shadows will also find the place in my makeup bag, but I might need to gift this mascara to someone else as I already own one (it came with my June’s Birchbox).
SIX // BeautyBlender ‘Beauty’s Best Friend’ Set ($35/ value $56)
It goes without saying that beautyblender is one of the best recent inventions in the makeup industry. It allows to distribute a foundation and liquid highlighter so quickly and smoothly—I use mine all the time! Even though I clean my beautyblender regularly, it requires a replacement every three month. Saying so, I’ll definitely purchase this value pack during the #NSale—it’s a great deal!
SEVEN // Sigma Beauty ‘The Power Pair’ Set ($34.50/ value $49)
I have a smaller version of this brush washing tool that I’ve got at a blogger event about a year ago and it’s my absolute favorite hack to keeping my brushes clean. All you have to do is apply a bit of soap (I prefer pure castile soap) on the mat and rub your brush on it for a few seconds. This #NSale deal is great because for the price of a brush washing mat you also receive a cute kabuki brush.
EIGHT // Clarisonic ‘Mia—White’ Sonic Skin Cleansing System ($89/value $129)
After so many years of hard work, my Clarisonic got broken and I was waiting for #NSale to purchase a new one. Why? During the Nordstom sale, the price for Clarisonic products is as low as it could ever get. I mean, Clarisonic Mia Pink for just $89?! Sold!
