Holiday Beauty Products for Glow-Getters

Becca Glow Macaron Collection Review

Winter holidays is not only a perfect opportunity to stock on the best value beauty sets but also to enjoy all the limited edition launches. Personally, I’m always the most excited about the holiday highlighter launches. Not only I love glowing to the gods during the holiday parties but I’m also a collector of limited-edition highlighters. Luckily, this holiday season many beauty brands released a few stunning options for us, glow-getters. Below, I rounded up some of my favorite highlighter launches of the season.

Becca Glow Macaron Collection

What does a girl need for a complete happiness? I don’t know about you but for me, macarons and highlighters are on top of the list. And Becca Cosmetics knows it better than anyone else! This holiday season, the brand released the macaron collection of highlighters that feature 4 miniature sized highlighters. All appetizing enough to wear for many months to go!

Shades: Prismatic Amethyst, Vanilla Quartz, Opal, and Rose Quartz.

Gifting Tip: I don’t mean to sound trivial, but this gift set is ideal to pair with a box of fresh macaroons. If you live in NYC, check out this blog post on where to find the best macarons in the City!

Laura Mercier Magic Hour Face Illuminator Palette

Laura Mercier Magic Hour Face Illuminator Palette

First and foremost, I love Laura Mercier for the setting powders. But oh boy her highlighters are phenomenal too! Take a look at this gorgeous rose gold packaged highlighter quad. If you are all about gold undertone glow, this palette is a must-have – in sequences of two. One for your dearest glow-getting friend and one is for you!

Gifting Tip: Since the packaging features a rose gold confetti print, add a few of confetti handfuls to the gift bag. Or, upgrade the gift set with confetti-decorated champagne glasses!

Farsali Jelly Beam Illuminator Review

Farsali Jelly Beam Illuminator

If you ever opened an Instagram app in your life, you are already familiar with the brand Farsali. Famous for their liquid highlighters with a dropper, the brand released for the holidays a gorgeous gold-undertone highlighter jelly pod that looks so shiny on your skin. If you are obsessed with oddly satisfying products or love multi-purpose glow products, this is the cutest option to try!

Shade: Glazed (frosted champagne).

Gifting Tip: You can pair this pretty highlighter with absolutely anything! My tip would be to package it in a tiny round gift box (just like I did in photos). It looks so adorable and even more precious!

COVER FX Glam & Glow Liquid Lights Set - review and swatches - Holiday gift set 2018

Cover FX Glam & Glow Liquid Lights Set

Even though I already did a full review of this liquid highlighter set, I have to mention it again. The amount of glow you receive with these illuminating drops is out of this world. And the best part is that you can customize how shimmery you want your highlighter to look like – it’s easily blendable and buildable.

Shades: Custom Enhancer Drops in Celestial (glistening pearl) and Rose Gold (warm, pearlescent pink bronze); Glitter Drops in Mirage (golden champagne) and Aurora (multi-tonal pink).

Gifting Tip: The packaging speaks for itself but I love adding just a little extra by picking a rose gold marble gift box. So cute!

NARS Orgasm Infatuation Cheek Palette

I don’t know a girl you never heard of NARS’s famous blusher shade. I also have to admit that it’s my absolute favorite everyday blush shade, so I’m totally biased reviewing this highlighter set. But how can I not, when the packaging is so spectacular and convenient to use? Bronzer-blusher-highlighter is my favorite cheek palette combinations as these save lots of space while traveling. Also, a crushed metal rose gold packaging? I’m obsessed!

Shades: Bronzing Powder in Laguna, Blush in Orgasm and Highlighting Blush in Orgasm.

Gifting Tip: The packaging of the palette reminds me of copper goods for the home, so I would pair it with a lovely copper serving plate or a cute rose gold marble serving board.
