March Beauty Favorites

Whether it’s a cold weather or just my recently explored love for minimalism, but over the past months, I’ve been more into natural makeup… and high-end skincare. Perhaps you can relate when I’m saying that my skin feels incredibly dry and dehydrated over the cold season so I spend more time not only masking but also going makeup-free as a way to eliminate the need to use extra products to remove makeup. I do have a few new makeup discoveries though that I can’t wait to share with you so read up if you want to learn about my March beauty favorites.

Doll 10 Beauty Pro Eyeshadow Palette // Continuing our conversation about subtle tones and natural-looking makeup, I can’t resist mentioning this beautiful neutral eyeshadow palette by Doll 10 Beauty. It’s been sitting on my vanity for a while as I love pairing it with palettes that don’t offer enough neutrals to create the look. It’s also a perfectly sized everyday palette that I brought with me while traveling and truly enjoyed playing with it.

Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Lipstick (limited edition) // I wrote about my love for red lipsticks so many times that at this point this favorite product doesn’t require any explanations. It’s bright red, it comes in a beautiful packaging, it looks and feels perfect on my lips—just an overall amazing product. What’s important to know about this specific lipstick though is that it supports an important cause: 100% of the proceeds of this limited-edition red go to UN Women, an organization that works on such issues like gender equality and empowerment.

Jane Iredale Snap Happy Makeup Kit (limited edition) // I already mentioned this convenient to carry the mini kit on the blog, but it’s worth repeating. If you are looking for a high-quality mid-day touch-up set, definitely consider this travel-friendly set.

Velour Effortless Lash in Just a Hint // The name of this new line of no trim required falsies by Velour speak for themselves. It literally takes a second to glue these beauties in to enjoy a full day of ultra-natural-looking falsies. If you are just starting with false lashes, I can’t recommend this new line enough!

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Nail Polish in 263 Racing Rose // I didn’t shake the bottle before photographing on purpose—so you know how often I actually used this shade. I haven’t noticed anything new with this new nail polish formula despite the new bottle shape, but I just can’t get enough of this particular shade!

Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Micro Eye Liner // I didn’t have a chance to play much with eyeliner this month, but when I did I stick to these two. The micro mini one is ideal to work on the hard-to-reach inner corners, while the classic liner is great for thickening the line on the outer corners of your eyes.

Urban Decay Hi-Fi Shine Lip Gloss // I would have never thought of becoming a lip gloss lover (I’ve always been a lipstick everyday kind of girl), but after testing new Urban Decay lip glosses I completely changed my mind. These minty, beautifully colored lip products are in all of my handbags as I can’t think of any better lip glosses to recommend.

Dior Capture Youth Glow Booster Serum // If you haven’t caught my full review of Dior’s new serums line, you probably have no idea how obsessed I am with this product. It offers immediate radiance boost and makes my foundation look so much smoother. Highly recommend.

Dermalogica Sound Sleep Cocoon // My obsession with Dermalogica continues as I fell for just another new launch by the brand! It’s a lightweight but super hydrating gel-cream that indeed puts your skin into a “cocoon” of everything it requires to awake refreshed and glowing.

Patchology AquaFlash Daily Gel Moisturizer // If you have a combo skin and wear a foundation daily, you’d love this lightweight gel moisturizer that immediately absorbs into the skin and offers long-lasting hydration.

Ren Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic // I’ve been using this glow-enhancing lotion for a while and my skin has been loving the mix of Lactic and Azelaic Acids the product features. In comparison to other AHA toners I tried, this one doesn’t tingle and smells yummy.

Knours Double Duty Mist // After testing one of the brand’s sheet masks, I dived into other skincare products they have to offer and this hydrating mist has been my absolute favorite. I use it during the day on the bare or foundation-covered skin to hydrate and refresh my skin. It’s so lovely!
