Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty sale is in full swing, and as promised in my post 21 Days of Beauty Deals That Are Worth It, here comes a makeup tutorial featuring the best products from Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty that I already have in my collection. The only exception I’m doing is for the eyeshadow palette. The only palette available during Ulta Beauty’s sale is Lancome Auda[City] Palette that I’m planning on picking up myself on September 18th (mark up your calendars, ladies!). So I used BH Cosmetics x Carli Bybel Deluxe Edition Palette which is exclusive to Ulta Beauty. It’s a super affordable high-quality palette that I recommend picking up regardless whether you are hunting exclusively for 21 Days of Beauty deals or not.
I collaborated with MavenX and Ulta Beauty to share with you this tutorial featuring my favorite picks from the sale. Make sure check my previous 21 Days of Beauty post where I review most of the products mentioned in this post.

FACE AND CHEEKS
Let’s start by addressing any skin discolorations that you might have. Use URBAN DECAY Naked Skin Color Correcting Fluid dedicated to a specific skin concern that you might have. My major problems are dark under eye circles and dark spots so I used Yellow and Peach shades of the color correcting fluids. Usually, I apply the product directly with an applicator it comes with (it’s your typical doe foot applicator that is popular for concealer packaging). I applied all of the shades first and then blended them together with a beauty blender, followed by my favorite foundation and a setting powder.
In case you have skin concerns different to mine, here comes explanation on which shade of the color correcting fluid to use to address your concern.
- Lavender: to neutralize a yellow undertone.
- Green: to camouflage blemishes, broken blood vessels, and overall redness.
- Peach: to color-correct dark under eye circles and dark spots for fair skin tones. Deep Peach: same, but for deeper skin tones.
- Pink: to neutralize dark circles, especially for people with fair skin tones.
- Yellow: to camouflage purple-hued under eye circles.
Next step is all about contouring. Ever since I updated my collection with Clarisonic Foundation Brush Head, it’s my absolute favorite part of applying makeup. Usually, it was somewhat problematic for me to apply cream products as blending cream blush is not my favorite thing in the world, but with the help of this new makeup brush applying creamy makeup has never been easier. All I do is just put a tiny amount of the product on my cheeks and let the Clarisonic brush do the rest. It’s so easy and so efficient!
Let’s give some love to the eye brows. To create my look, I used IT Cosmetics Brow Power Super Skinny in the shade Universal Taupe. This is one of the tiniest brow pencils I’ve tried which makes it easier to be precise with the shape of your eyebrows. I love that it features both a brow brush and a brush pencil in one product which makes this product super travel-friendly.
For my eye makeup, I used all of the shades from BH Cosmetics x Carli Bybel Deluxe Edition Palette. It’s my second Carli Bybel designed palette and I’m absolutely obsessed with it. All the shades are super versatile and high-quality. Honestly, I don’t understand why this palette is so affordable as quality-wise it beats so many more expensive options.
- On my crease, I used the ivory that I applied with medium shadow brush from the Real Technique set.
- I spritzed the brush with MAC Prep + Prime spray and dug into the medium brown shade and applied it on the middle of the lid.
- Then, I moved to the dark brown shade and I applied it on the outer corners of the eye.
- Finally, I picked a silver highlighter shade and applied on on the inner corners.
For eyeliner, I used TOO FACED Sketch Marker Liquid Eyeliner in black which is one of my all time favorite eyeliners. It’s so long-lasting and so easy to work with — I will definitely pick up a few new shades for my collection during the 21 Days of Beauty sale.
To finish the eye makeup, I used TARTE Tarteist Lash Paint Mascara which is also my all time favorite product. As I mentioned in my previous post about Ulta 21 Days of Sale Best Deals I used to love Light. Camera. Lashes mascara and now Lash Paint is my go-to.
#5: To finish the look, I used Buxom Plumpline Lip Liner which is so thick and convenient to use — I tried it for the first time for this makeup look and I absolutely loved it! I finished the look by applying STILA MATTE’ificent Lipstick in Jolie which is always on my list of the most favorite products to use.
