The festival season is around the corner and my Pinterest feed has been preoccupied with boho-style inspirations. Even though I’m not attending Coachella this year, a refined bohemian style bug has definitely got into me. My college friends notice that I’m all into fringe and ethnic prints those days, not to mention that my new hair is the perfect length for a fedora hat. This weekend, my friend Nina and I got all dressed up in pieces from the H&M Coachella collection and had a fun Coachella-inspired photo shoot at Central Park. We figured that one doesn’t have to physically be at the festival this year. After all, nobody prohibits us from feeling the Coachella vibe in our own city.
Looking through the stock of affordable and stylish pieces from the H&M Coachella collection, we figured that most of the collection’s styles are super versatile and imply unlimited mix-and-match modulations. In other words, if you’re lucky enough to have a Coachella ticket this year, with affordable H&M pieces you can pack very light for your festival vacation. The best thing about this collection is that you can find all the pieces in one place!
To make your Coachella packing easier, I put together a capsule Coachella wardrobe that provides many options for any festival situation you can think of and consists of only 12 pieces. In addition to these “building blocks,” I recommend bringing with you tons of jewelry, floral crowns, temporary tattoos, hats and bandanas, and cool sunglasses. These are the pieces that will differentiate you from the crowd and make your festival look stand out.
