Too Faced Dry Bar Glitter Spritzer

To celebrate brand’s 20th anniversary, Too Faced collaborated with the DryBar on a limited-edition Glitter Spritzer Sparkle Spray ($20 at Sephora), and I just had to try it. Because glitter is my spirit animal, my signature color, and my motto in life!

I was thrilled to be one of the first beauty influencers to try the new Glitter Spritzer and I couldn’t resist spraying it every single day. It might sound like a bit too much of a sparkle on paper, but in reality, it looks just like an added shimmer and highlighter for your hair if applied sparingly. Personally, I didn’t rely exclusively on Glitter Spritzer’s holding power and used it predominantly as a hair accessory I just couldn’t exist without.

The Claim

“A gold and silver glitter spray that provides multi-dimensional sparkle and light, flexible hold.”

Key Benefits

This sparkly glitter hair spray provides a light hold and the prettiest glitter finish. The spray applicator allows spreading the sparkle either all over the hair as a lovely finishing touch or in a targeted way if you want to emphasize your twisted ponytail or space buns.

Formula

Too Faced x DryBar Glitter Spritzer is formulated without parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. It’s safe for color-treated hair and has not been tested on animals.

Color Range

This limited-edition glitter hair spray comes in one shade, that combines both gold and silver particles.

Scent

The product features Dry Bar’s signature scent that is not intrusive and lightweight.

How to Use

Make sure to shake the bottle for a few moments before using so all the glitter pieces come to surface. Spray like your regular hair spray for the glitter finish look. Move closer for a more pigmented application.

Glitter Spritzer Tutorial

For my first experiment with Too Faced x DryBar Glitter Spritzer, I applied the product onto the side braid. To ensure that the glitter is sprayed strategically onto the braid only, I moved the jar with Glitter Spritzer closer to my hair and protected my skin and hair from the glitter overload by using a business card. The whole process took 5 minutes at most, but I loved the results – so sparkly!
