Sephora Sale: Skincare Recommendations
If you are running low on skincare items, Sephora’s VIB Sale is the best time to stock up. Considering the high price point for the majority of luxury skincare brands available on Sephora’s website, the 15% saving is a great way to save money on things that you’d need to repurchase anyways.
This Spring Sale season, I’ll be stocking up on skincare products that proved to work for my sensitive, acne-prone skin. These are not the latest launches, but the products I keep coming back to them and love to always have them on hand.
Erno Laszlo Hydraphel Lotion
Hyaluronic acid-based lotions and essences are my new favorite types of products to help with dehydrated skin. It all started with IOPE Hydro Softener and continued with Erno Laszlo Hydraphel Lotion.
The latest has a texture of essence rather than a lotion and adds an additional level of hydration to dehydrated skin.

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum
When it comes to serums, Advanced Night Repair by Estee Lauder never failed me. As you might already know, it’s one of the products that started the skincare craze.
And for a good season! Every time I keep coming back to this serum, my skin thanks me!

Dermalogica Invisible Physical Defense SPF 30
This lightweight sunscreen is a relatively new product, but I already want to have a backup in my collection.
Summer is coming soon, whether we are still in quarantine or not, and protecting your skin from the sun is still crucial.

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
Over the last few years, I seem to try every lip product I could find. But no matter which scented lip balm I’m currently testing, I always have this lip sleeping mask just in case.
When nothing else helps with my chapped lips, this deeply hydrating lip mask always saves me. By the way, if you haven’t tried the Sweet Candy flavor, you are missing out!

Even though I can’t even recall the last time I applied makeup (except during Zoom meetings), as a beauty junkie I need to have my makeup staples on hand at all times.
The list below is my most trusted beauty finds that I keep repurchasing over and over again. Especially during Sephora sale!
Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer
I didn’t understand everyone’s obsession with tinted moisturizers until I tried this oil-free product by Laura Mercier. “Oil-free” is a crucial point here, as it’s one of those rare tinted moisturizers with SPF that do not break me out.
I love how easily this product applies and how naturally it looks on my skin. Especially when combined with the primer listed below.

Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter
I’m saying it over and over again because I’m absolutely certain. Flawless Filter is the best primer that has ever been created.
It illuminates your skin from within, allows tinted moisturizer or foundation to better “stick” to your skin, and refreshes your appearance. In my humble opinion, it’s a must-have for everyone!
TIP: Use as a natural-looking highlighter.
Kevyn Aucoin The Etherealist Concealer
I said it once and I’ll repeat it again: if you are struggling with dark under-eye circles, this lightweight concealer is must check out.
It applies in a more natural way than everyone’s favorite Tarte Shape Tape. And it’s not smudging as easily as NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer.
TIP: Use as a lip primer to create a nude lip look.
Dior Pump ‘N’ Volume HD Mascara
If you love volumizing mascaras, this one is such a lovely one to try! It gives tons of definition and makes your lashes appear thicker.
Also, the tube is squeezable which ensures that you’ll use this mascara till the last drop.
HERO INGREDIENT: Vitamin B and cotton extract.
Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Brows
It took me years to find a perfect brow product that keeps hairs in place while adding subtle, natural-looking color to my brows. And this brow gel is exactly it.
While I already have an extra tube on hand, I’ll use the Sephora sale as an opportunity to restock even more. Maybe it’s beauty hoarding, but I can’t imagine even a day without this brow gel.
